Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hastings & Prince Edward Counties will hold the sixth annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Ribfest presented by Investors Group at West Zwicks Park in Belleville on August 10th, 11th & 12th, 2012.
We invite you to be part of this fabulous festival and support an important fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hastings & Prince Edward Counties.
It is our goal to provide a fun, entertaining event the entire family can enjoy while raising funds to support children and families in our community. Expected attendance in 2012 is 35,000 people!
The Ribfest Vendor Village is an opportunity for vendors to display and sell quality products or provide information about services etc.
A team of the greatest ribbers in North America will set up shop for the Ultimate BBQ and we invite you to be a part of the surrounding festivities that will make this event an even bigger success than last year!

A space allotment within the Ribfest Vendor Village area. Vendors are welcome to invest in multiple areas if they require additional space, however the fee will rise as per the pricing table. If the vendor is using a shelter (such as a tent or other device) in their area, it must meet the Flame Resistant Code and have a certificate of Flame Resistance complying with CAN/ULC S-109 or NFPA 701 Standard - attached to the tent). Should a shelter not meet these standards it faces removal by a site inspector.

Setup for the Vendor Village takes place between 8 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 10th. All vendors must be set up no later than 11:00 a.m. on August 10th. Security will be provided overnight on Friday and Saturday. Sales may not start before the opening of the event at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 10th. Vendors must be present at the booth during the entire three days of the event, as interaction between the vendors and the public is fundamental to the event's success. You may bring your own signage that you may display yourself. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space before leaving at the end of the day. Event staff will be available for assistance on all three days of the event.
